Senior QA Analyst (Secure Remote Access): Validating secure remote access workflows and enterprise deployment configurations for Keeper Connection Manager with an accent on functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing. Focus on testing SSH, RDP, and VNC access, analyzing complex networking and security defects, and validating authentication, authorization, and encrypted communication.
Location: Remote, US; hybrid schedule available for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA metro area. Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

What you will do
- Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing across KCM components.
- Validate SSH, RDP, and VNC workflows across operating systems, network conditions, and enterprise environments.
- Test authentication, authorization, session management, access controls, encrypted communications, integrations, and deployment configurations.
- Reproduce, document, and track defects while troubleshooting networking, connectivity, performance, and system issues with Engineering.
- Maintain test cases, regression suites, and QA documentation; participate in planning, requirements reviews, and release validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, QA analysis, or a related testing role.
- Experience testing complex enterprise, infrastructure, or security-sensitive software.
- Strong networking, client-server communication, troubleshooting, log analysis, and root-cause isolation skills.
- Hands-on experience with SSH, RDP, VNC, database protocols, or Kubernetes remote access.
- Experience testing Windows, Linux, and/or macOS; cloud environments, virtualization, DevOps workflows, APIs, databases, or backend services.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to GovCloud involvement; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with privileged access management, secure remote access, or cybersecurity products.
- Network troubleshooting, packet analysis, automated testing, or scripting with Python or JavaScript.
- Performance, reliability, high-availability, Docker, Kubernetes, proxy, firewall, VPN, or restricted-network testing.
- Remote Browser Isolation, secure web gateways, Apache Guacamole, PIV/CAC authentication, or federal identity standards experience.
