hirify.global is developing the hardware and infrastructure for a commercial stellarator fusion power plant, combining stellarator optimization, advanced computation, machine learning, and high-temperature superconducting magnets.

What you will do

  • Design and develop control architectures for integrated electrical and automation systems.
  • Implement and optimize advanced control algorithms for stable and efficient system performance.
  • Integrate and coordinate multiple subsystems for synchronized plant-wide operation.
  • Modernize power management strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop diagnostics and monitoring tools for predictive maintenance and early fault detection.

Requirements

  • University degree in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong background in electrical engineering, control systems, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial environments.
  • Comfort working with PLC, PAC, and IPC systems.
  • Adaptability and motivation to work with evolving technologies and increasing system complexity.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of superconductors.
