Growth PM (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site, with in-person work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead 0-to-1 initiatives from initial concept through launch and scaled adoption.
• Develop go-to-market strategies covering positioning, pricing, early customer adoption, and scaling plans.
• Translate customer insight, data, experimentation, and intuition into product direction.
• Coordinate execution with Sales, Operations, Product, Strategy, and senior leadership.
• Build reusable operating playbooks and systems that can scale across the core business.
• Make high-impact decisions under uncertainty and influence teams without formal authority.

Requirements

• Founder-minded approach with strong judgment, autonomy, and bias toward action.
• Ability to make high-stakes decisions with imperfect information and drive teams toward outcomes.
• Demonstrated excellence in previous roles and strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Experience blending strategy, execution, and customer insight.
• Background may include high-growth startups, consulting, banking, strategy and operations, product-adjacent roles, or founder experience.
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 4–5 days per week.
