Product Manager, Strategy & Growth (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; up to 15 days of travel per year for company-wide events.

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Identify new customer and business value opportunities across products, markets, partnerships, business models, and the workforce learning ecosystem.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and develop market, competitive, and opportunity assessments.
• Build prototypes and run customer experiments to validate strategic opportunities.
• Assess customer value, differentiation, market potential, feasibility, business models, pricing, packaging, partnerships, and distribution.
• Create roadmaps and launch cross-functional initiatives based on validated opportunities.
• Pilot new products, offerings, partnerships, or business models and measure adoption, willingness to pay, revenue potential, retention impact, and strategic differentiation.

Requirements

• Proven career examples demonstrating the ability to build systems, drive alignment, and create impact at scale.
• Experience using customer insight, market intelligence, experimentation, and commercial thinking to shape product strategy.
• Ability to work hands-on with AI for research, analysis, prototyping, and experimentation while addressing broader product and business opportunities.
• Track record of follow-through, curiosity, experimentation, and measurable results.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
