Product Manager, Strategy & Growth (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; up to 15 days of travel per year for company-wide events.

Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and variable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Identify and validate opportunities for new products, markets, partnerships, business models, and ecosystem roles.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews to uncover unmet needs, changing buying behaviors, and future enterprise learning requirements.
• Assess markets, competitors, emerging technology, workforce development, skills, learning technology, and adjacent markets.
• Build prototypes and run customer experiments to evaluate value, differentiation, feasibility, market potential, and business models.
• Test pricing, packaging, partnership, distribution, and go-to-market hypotheses.
• Turn validated opportunities into roadmaps, cross-functional initiatives, pilots, and investment recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven career examples of building systems, driving alignment, and creating impact at scale.
• Ability to combine customer insight, market intelligence, emerging technology, and commercial thinking.
• Experience leading structured experimentation, customer validation, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Track record of follow-through, curiosity, self-direction, and measurable results.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
• Availability for up to 15 days of annual travel for company-wide events.
