Salary: $200K – $250K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the growth strategy for core market categories, including targets, budgets, and results.
• Design and test new GTM motions, including referral loops, channel partnerships, and sales forces.
• Identify high-yield provider segments using data to shape targeting, positioning, and messaging.
• Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and user activation.
• Track adoption and engagement metrics to drive accountability for growth outcomes.
• Collaborate with the CEO to make investment decisions balancing growth speed and long-term profitability.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in growth, product strategy, GTM, or business operations.
• Proven success launching or scaling new segments or markets at a startup or high-growth company.
• Ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple growth channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in and work in person from the New York office.
