QA Engineers

Location: New York, United States; on-site at the NYC HQ

Salary: $175K–$225K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build core QA infrastructure and full-stack test coverage across mobile SDKs, desktop applications, server APIs, frontend web experiences, and the data platform.
• Improve automated test suites so engineers can write robust tests integrated with CI/CD.
• Use AI to expand automation and end-to-end QA within the software development lifecycle.
• Help shape Platform and SRE roadmaps for test automation, parallelization, infrastructure, and developer experience.
• Evaluate SaaS QA products and make informed build-versus-buy decisions.
• Field-test and debug hirify.global SDKs, work with customers and prospects, and assure software quality across more than 300M devices.

Requirements

• Experience building QA automation infrastructure at scale across mobile, backend, desktop, and frontend systems.
• Strong coding and infrastructure skills.
• Interest in speaking with customers and prospects and helping them succeed.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.

• Experience as a technical co-founder or in a startup environment.
