What you will do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and manage the performance of delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flows, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatching.
• Monitor operational metrics such as on-time delivery, package-handling efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, implement corrective actions, and improve station workflows.
• Conduct inventory checks, maintain package and equipment records, and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and external partners to resolve issues and support smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Understanding of sorting, scanning, dispatching, and other logistics processes.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven efficiency improvements.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant software.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when required by operations.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
