What you will do

  • Manage receiving, storage, picking, shipping, material handling, transportation, and inventory operations.
  • Review shipments and coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Plant Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure product availability and service commitments.
  • Lead and develop warehouse leads and associates, set expectations, provide feedback, and support training and retention.
  • Own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, audits, discrepancy investigation, root-cause analysis, and system-to-physical inventory alignment.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including medical equipment packaging, labeling, and import/export documentation.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, audit-ready operation and ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, federal medical device regulations, and Good Warehousing Practices.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
  • Experience leading small teams in a hands-on warehouse or operations environment.
  • Practical ERP/WMS experience, preferably SAP, with the ability to troubleshoot material transactions and logistics systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of advancing warehouse or operations leadership experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of advancing warehouse leadership experience.
  • Ability to work in a regulated, high-accountability environment and troubleshoot logistics equipment and systems.
