CX Finance Director

Location: Primarily onsite at the Santa Clara, California office, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Annual base salary: $211,000–$338,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own Finance for Global Technical Services and Service Logistics, including financial performance, planning, and operating insight.
• Partner with senior CX, Finance, and executive staff leaders on service delivery strategy, investment trade-offs, workforce planning, and operating model choices.
• Lead financial strategy for service logistics economics, spares, depot and repair network design, and cost-to-serve optimization.
• Build financial review mechanisms covering operational KPIs, financial performance, forecasting, and leading indicators.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate growth, margin, service levels, and risk.
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a small high-impact finance team while improving scalable processes, controls, automation, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or business finance, preferably supporting Services, Support, Technical Services, or Logistics.
• Strong business judgment and experience influencing senior leaders through clear analysis and recommendations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, analytics, forecasting, and annual operating planning.
• Experience building scalable reporting, dashboards, and automated processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, controllership, data integrity, and process discipline.
• Experience with Anaplan, SAP or NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar systems.
