Salary: $100,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Support budgeting and forecasting of key financial KPIs, including revenue, expenses, and sales activity.
• Develop detailed financial and performance analytics for the Management Committee and business leads.
• Prepare monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages, including financial statement consolidation.
• Partner with FP&A and sales teams to analyze budget vs. actual variances and provide actionable insights.
• Identify and remediate process gaps and implement effective internal controls.
• Lead ad hoc projects such as software implementation and reporting automation.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance within the financial services industry.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid office schedule.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with planning/ERP tools (WorkDay Adaptive, Tableau, Oracle NetSuite).
• Knowledge of private market investments (private equity, hedge funds) is highly preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) is desired.
• Strong quantitative modeling and problem-solving skills.
