Sr. IT Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead IT and facilities projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Plan office buildouts, renovations, relocations, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades while minimizing operational disruption.
• Coordinate internal departments, business leaders, IT teams, facilities staff, contractors, vendors, and end-users.
• Provide technical oversight with developers, engineers, system administrators, and facilities technicians.
• Apply change management processes, support production and facilities changes, and create user documentation and training.
• Track KPIs, quality, budget adherence, safety, building-code compliance, and post-project lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, construction or facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 4 years managing IT and/or facilities implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, infrastructure, facilities operations, space planning, physical infrastructure, and vendor management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Working knowledge of facilities, building codes, safety standards, and contractor or vendor management.
