Staff IT Project Manager (Enterprise Payments)

Location: Remote from any location in the United States; company offices are in Boca Raton, Florida, Woodbury, Minnesota, and Seattle, Washington.

Salary: $210,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for the enterprise payments ecosystem and core platform architecture portfolio.
• Lead and guide technical staff throughout IT project execution.
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams.
• Create, maintain, and oversee detailed IT project plans.
• Perform additional duties consistent with the position requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience after obtaining the degree.
• At least 5 years of experience with the complete Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• At least 5 years of experience in cross-functional program leadership, project risk assessment and mitigation, Agile software development methodology, technical roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
• At least 5 years of experience with algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, database technologies, and JIRA.
• At least 5 years of experience with CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
• At least 5 years of experience with at least one of Java, C#, or Python.
• Must pass a normal background check.
