Delivery Engineer II (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $108,500–$146,500 USD annual total target cash compensation, including base and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Own post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value customers.
• Consult with prospects and customers to define business goals, metrics, data architecture, and project outcomes.
• Lead technical onboarding, hirify.global deployment optimization, data quality improvements, and data trust initiatives.
• Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption and change management guidance, data governance, and re-implementation projects.
• Manage complex technical projects, timelines, scope, deliverables, and unexpected issues while collaborating with customer stakeholders and partners.
• Build AI automations and advise customers on integrating agentic workflows with hirify.global data.

Requirements

• Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence, or product analytics tools.
• Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses, including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, customer data platforms, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple client stakeholders, scope, and timelines.
• Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
• Experience embedding AI into workflows, using MCP servers, building skills, and setting context for AI and data strategy.
