Forward Deployment Engineer (AI)

Location: Los Angeles, California / United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Remote work arrangements are available.

hirify.global is launching a new, high-priority Internet and AI business initiative in North America and building a greenfield US delivery team.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise customer onboarding, deployment planning, and integration execution.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction while driving adoption campaigns and quarterly business reviews.
• Discover business goals, technical constraints, and success criteria, then define deployment approaches.
• Coordinate custom integrations involving APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise platforms; review, test, and troubleshoot scripts and integrations.
• Conduct technical workshops and training for customer administrators and end users.
• Resolve deployment issues, escalate complex bugs, and synthesize customer feedback into product improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or FDE.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software or AI solutions to external clients while managing multiple projects.
• Experience working with both non-technical executives and technical teams.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and simple scripting in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Conceptual knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including service deployment, basic networking, and log monitoring.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as LLMs, agents, or RAG.
• Experience with Gainsight, Totango, Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Startup or hyper-growth experience.
• Familiarity with SFTP, ETL, SOAP, OAuth, or other enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI or GenAI products.
