What you will do

• Own a customer-facing solution surface from end to end, composing configuration, compute, widgets, connectors, and agents into operational workflows.
• Deliver full-stack product software for use across multiple customers under real delivery constraints.
• Prefer Phoenix YAML and configuration-first solutions, using code when it provides clear value and avoiding customer-specific forks.
• Author specifications, run spec-driven workflows, and establish evaluation and review gates for AI-assisted features.
• Identify recurring customer patterns and turn them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Lead by example through hands-on coding, pairing with engineers, and collaboration with customer-deployment teams.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping customer-facing product software end to end in a full-stack role.
• Strong current hands-on coding experience with Kotlin or Java for backend development and TypeScript or React for frontend development.
• Strong product and customer judgment, including MVP scoping and prioritization under deadlines.
• Configuration-first mindset focused on reusable solutions for multiple customers.
• Experience leading engineers by example while remaining actively involved in the code.
• English-language working environment; French is optional.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, supply chain, or discrete manufacturing.
• Forward-deployed, solutions-engineering, or customer-embedded experience.
• Configuration- or low-code-driven product experience with YAML, DSLs, composable UI, or workflow authoring.
• AI-native engineering practices, including agentic workflows, AI-output evaluation, or spec-driven development.
