Staff Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and desktop applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, automated testing, and reliable deployment workflows.
• Architect state management, data processing, caching, synchronization, and real-time updates for large-scale applications.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, participate in code reviews, and improve engineering quality.
• Lead architectural discussions, drive technical initiatives, and mentor engineers on system design and performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Expertise in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, and scalable application development.
• Experience with real-time communication protocols such as WebSockets and MQTT.
• Strong unit-testing and E2E-testing experience, including Cypress.
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases, GitLab CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor engineers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Rust and Python for backend integration.
