Salary: $175,000–$219,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Architect robust software engineering solutions and frameworks with cross-product impact.
• Design, build, and deliver modular full-stack web solutions and visual tools for application development and data science.
• Lead technical discussions covering application architecture, UI components, UX, backend services, third-party integrations, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Management, User Interaction Designers, and frontend and backend engineers.
• Improve engineering practices, resolve bugs, optimize products, and manage project deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers, help build the team, and cultivate innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript, Java, or another object-oriented language.
• Proven experience designing and developing full-stack web solutions for complex problems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take end-to-end ownership in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with Git, Agile development, distributed systems, test-driven development, SQL and NoSQL databases, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading engineering teams and projects and building scalable web applications.
