Scientific Implementation Manager

Location: Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, or APAC

Salary: 90,000–120,000 USD per year, plus performance bonus and equity

What you will do

• Lead scientific implementation of the hirify.global platform for customers in APAC and China.
• Restructure and contextualize customer data, configuring data templates and scientific workflows.
• Lead customer meetings and product demos, conduct scientific due diligence, and acquire new data.
• Manage implementation timelines and coordinate with customer success, sales, engineering, and customers.
• Use customer experience to advocate for product development and improvements to the R&D data structuring platform.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Master’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in chemistry, biology, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Experience and familiarity working with data in Excel.
• Ability to distill and communicate advanced technical concepts effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Python or other coding skills.
