Customer Success Engineer (HPC)

What you will do

• Lead technical activities throughout post-sales engagements, including product adoption, feature adoption, technical presentations, and business reviews.
• Analyze customer infrastructure, operations, workflows, and technical requirements to design tailored cloud HPC solutions.
• Learn engineering and HPC workflows across areas such as aerospace, life sciences, manufacturing, and scientific computing.
• Define and execute digital transformation strategies for migrating workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud.
• Create strategic customer roadmaps spanning one to five years.
• Present hirify.global solutions at conferences, user groups, and webinars.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing, technical support, or professional services role.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or an equivalent field.
• General knowledge of at least one HPC discipline, such as CFD, FEA, molecular dynamics, weather forecasting, computational chemistry, reservoir simulation, media rendering, machine learning, or financial computing.
• Experience with enterprise customers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, life sciences, oil and gas, semiconductors, EDA, or the federal sector.
• Experience with at least one HPC simulation software package, such as ANSYS, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, COMSOL, AVL, Altair, PTC, Cadence, Synopsys, Autodesk, OpenFOAM, LAMMPS, GROMACS, or NAMD.
• Understanding of HPC, schedulers, IaaS, scripting languages, HPC containers, and customer deployment practices, plus the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and manage multiple projects.
