Master Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Salary: $99,000–$114,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Create and maintain a master production schedule covering daily production forecasts across multiple manufacturing facilities and a 12-week planning horizon.
• Analyze resources, production rates, materials, labor requirements, inventories, and shipment risks to produce accurate scheduling reports.
• Communicate three-week and 12-week schedules, project status, delays, and risks to production managers, production schedulers, and project managers.
• Lead production schedule review meetings and identify workforce, material, shipping, and customer delivery issues proactively.
• Resolve critical-path and resource conflicts, address material availability challenges, and improve scheduling processes.
• Use MRP data in Acumatica and collaborate with procurement, materials management, and production to optimize order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analysis, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of production planning or scheduling experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets scripting, MS Office, Google products, scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6, and Monday.com.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems, preferably Acumatica, Oracle ERP, SAP, SAGE, or Infor.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in metal or electrical manufacturing, plus the ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for 8 hours or more daily. A background check and participation in a drug and alcohol program are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Arena Simulation or other industrial engineering software.
• Experience with MS Power Automate or similar automation tools.
