Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and packing.
• Monitor on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and other warehouse performance metrics.
• Lead warehouse staff through hiring, training, scheduling, motivation, and performance management.
• Develop operating procedures and standards to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate inventory tracking, cycle counts, purchasing, and logistics activities to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Manage warehouse equipment and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.

Requirements

• At least five years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience in a management position.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, implement process improvements, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and French are required.

• Chinese language skills.
