Order Fulfilment Manager (E-commerce Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries from dispatch to customers and returns across Mr D franchises and contracted couriers.
• Lead last-mile delivery performance, exception management, claims, complaints, queries, and courier callback compliance.
• Review and improve processes, workflows, and performance measures to ensure scalable operations.
• Analyze daily operational and claims data, prepare reports, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage volume flow through contracted branches and lead a team of more than 20 people across seven-day operations.
• Coordinate with Call Centre and Dispatch to ensure smooth handovers and clear customer communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Commerce.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, including at least 3 years in an operations management role.
• Experience managing branch or franchise networks, senior-level customer relationships, and operational change.
• Strong leadership, people management, team development, succession planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with logistics and supply chain design, performance management methodologies, and complex operational environments.
• Executive-level contract and commercial negotiation experience, with excellent influencing and communication skills.
