Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer (AI)

Location: Remote; availability during established working hours is required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company.
• Create varied learning materials, including in-person session materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, and videos.
• Develop rapid eLearning and multimodal learning solutions using modern authoring tools.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and quality of content creation while following data privacy and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and project managers in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Manage development projects, track progress, meet deadlines, and evaluate learning-program metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Practical experience with AI agents and AI use cases for accelerating content development; Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, color, brand alignment, and accessibility, using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and multimedia tools.
• Strong internet access and comfort with virtual communication, instant messaging, and conferencing tools.

• Experience working in an agile development framework.
• Project management experience.
