Solutions Consultant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Develop expertise in the martech domain to qualify prospect goals and requirements and articulate the platform's value.
• Act as a trusted solution consultant during the pre-sales process and connect prospect needs with platform capabilities.
• Create and deliver personalized demos, presentations, decks, and use cases for business and technical audiences.
• Lead internal coordination for the technical sections of RFIs and RFPs.
• Monitor the product roadmap, share market insights with Product Management, and coordinate smooth client handovers to Customer Success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including requirements capture, solution development, and business-value articulation.
• Proven SaaS application sales experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Technical understanding of SaaS solutions, architecture, modern business applications, web and app development frameworks, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders from different backgrounds and solve business and technical problems.
• Self-directed, organized, able to multitask, and committed to high execution standards.
