What you will do
- Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations, including presales demos and solution walkthroughs.
- Advise customers on HR tech challenges, pain points, and digital transformation strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support.
- Listen to technical requirements, relay feedback to product teams, and log client feedback for sales strategies.
- Support sales enablement through product training and use case sharing.
- Analyze customer needs, share insights with product and engineering, and translate requirements into use cases.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2 level), both written and spoken
- 5+ years in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for B2B SaaS, ideally HR-tech (HRIS, ATS, Payroll, LMS)
- Experience assessing business needs, translating to solutions, and configuring applications
- Depth across HCM suite: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, Recruiting
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, presentation, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relay technical info to non-technical customers (e.g., integrations)

- Hands-on experience in HR with focus on systems and digital transformation
- Experience as Business/Systems Analyst
