What you will do

• Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations, presales demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Advise customers on HR technology challenges, pain points, and digital transformation strategies.
• Work with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and support.
• Translate complex technical requirements into concrete use cases and configure applications to meet business needs.
• Collect, analyze, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Enable Sales teams through training on the product, features, and use cases, while supporting go-to-market and sales strategy development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in presales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for B2B SaaS, ideally in HR technology such as HRIS, ATS, Payroll, or LMS, or strong hands-on HR experience focused on HR systems and digital transformation.
• Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, including understanding business requirements and translating and configuring applications to meet them.
• Deep experience across the full HCM suite, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset who is resourceful and solutions-oriented.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to communicate technical information such as integrations to non-technical customers.
• Fluency in German at C2 level, written and spoken.
