Location: Remote (Strongly preferred to be based in the Eastern U.S. time zone)

What you will do

• Lead consultative discovery and design solution approaches for enterprise prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver compelling business-focused demonstrations and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Experience to ensure customer value from discovery through adoption.
• Support enterprise RFPs, RFIs, technical evaluations, and solution design.
• Contribute to the improvement of demo assets, competitive positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights and competitive intelligence to improve GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales supporting B2B SaaS.
• Proven success partnering with Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders in HR, Finance, and business leadership.
• Background in HR Technology, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, or Talent Management solutions.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern U.S. time zone.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning, Labor Market Intelligence, or Skills Intelligence.
• Familiarity with HCM or FP&A platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Anaplan.
• Experience supporting global enterprise customers across multiple regions.
• Experience leveraging AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for content creation and research.
