Senior Solutions Engineer, ITSM, DACH

Location: Remote within Germany; Munich, Germany listed as the location.

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs and drive the customer journey.
• Investigate customer pain points and map business and technical requirements to hirify.global capabilities.
• Align account plans and customer outcomes with sales management.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and enterprise proof-of-concept engagements.
• Collaborate with product management and provide customer feedback to advance hirify.global’s product line.

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany for this remote position.
• 4 or more years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
• Proven success delivering customer outcomes and building trusted relationships with different stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the ITSM/ESM domain or AI capabilities related to service management.
• Extensive experience supporting the DACH market.
• Fluent German and English, with comfort in both business and technical contexts.
