Location: Remote - Argentina; the job description also lists Remote Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Annual compensation: up to 175000.00; another listed base salary range is 40000 USD to 40000 USD.

What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and implement robust Blue Prism automations for client projects.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and ensure delivery quality, standards compliance, and budget adherence.
• Lead and participate in UAT, manage defects, provide third-line support, and coordinate development tasks across multiple projects.
• Advise clients on the Robotic Operating Model, Blue Prism best practices, infrastructure, and further automation opportunities.
• Deliver workshops and enablement sessions that help client teams become self-sufficient.
• Review peer automations, develop reusable components, support internal automation initiatives, and test new platform releases.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of overall software development experience and experience leading or significantly contributing to software delivery projects.
• Proficiency in .NET or Python, with knowledge of relational databases, SQL, REST/SOAP web services, and API integration.
• Professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Client-facing consulting skills, including technical advising, documentation, mentoring, and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with UAT, defect management, change control, analytical problem-solving, and concurrent project delivery.
• Blue Prism Designer or ROM Architect certification is highly desired.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Blue Prism development experience.
• Knowledge of Control Room, Work Queues, Credentials, Exceptions, Logging, and Blue Prism infrastructure and deployment.
