Location: On-site at the Redwood City headquarters, with approximately 25% travel to customer sites
Annual base salary: $180,000β$225,000 USD, plus potential equity and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, and specifications for Physical AI applications and developer interfaces serving Retail and 3PL markets.
- Segment markets, conduct customer and partner discovery, and translate evidence into vertical-growth roadmaps and repeatable product offerings.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, integrators, and engineering on market-entry plays, positioning, qualification, pricing inputs, and commercial outcomes.
- Define reference solutions, concepts of operations, value propositions, business cases, and ROI analyses for enterprise customers.
- Lead systems testing and deployments from shipment and first pick through go-live, KPI proof, contractual acceptance, and expansion.
- Drive application-level decisions involving end effectors, multi-pick capabilities, perception, motion, architectures, and material-handling interfaces.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, and/or management consulting, including ownership of an enterprise product line in robotics, industrial automation, physical products, or a similarly complex domain.
- Experience with outbound product management, market segmentation, customer discovery, prioritization, and evidence-based growth roadmaps.
- Experience partnering with GTM teams and owning enterprise deployments through installation, KPI proof, contractual acceptance, and expansion.
- Experience setting quantitative targets, running systems tests, and working with FAT/SAT/UAT evidence and customer validation processes.
- Experience in warehouse, parcel, or retail-distribution operations, with engineering partnership across robotics and material-handling integration.
- Ability to work regularly from the Redwood City headquarters and travel approximately 25% to customer sites.

- Vertical strategy experience in enterprise technology, industrial automation, robotics, or material handling.
- Experience scaling bespoke integrations into repeatable offerings across customers or segments.
- Experience with pricing and packaging inputs, competition, partner strategy, or portfolio economics.
- Industrial-robotics safety literacy and startup or scale-up experience.
