Salary: $87,686–$131,529 per year. The range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do

  • Track and analyze U.S. power market trends across key states and localities, along with selected international markets.
  • Monitor energy policy, electricity demand, decarbonization targets, and low-carbon technology deployments.
  • Assess competitive landscapes and energy technology deployments relevant to Natrium’s market fit.
  • Provide data-driven insights for market entry, business development, partnership, and customer decisions.
  • Prepare market development briefings and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Produce assigned status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and global power markets, low-carbon technologies, nuclear reactor technologies, energy transition policies, and electricity market structures.
  • Experience with energy databases and market intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Independent System Operators, Regional Transmission Operators, and state-level analogues.

Nice to have

  • Experience or knowledge in nuclear power and other low-carbon technologies.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
