Business Analyst - Power/Energy - Aligne Specialist (Power/Energy)

Location: Houston, Texas; hybrid with at least 3 days onsite per week. During the first 3 months, onsite attendance may be required 5 days per week.

Salary: USD $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the transition from FIS Aligne to Orchestrade and provide day-to-day production and operational support.
• Act as a functional and technical liaison between Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Accounting, and IT delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot system, process, and data issues and escalate complex incidents when needed.
• Maintain reference data, configurations, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Coordinate UAT execution, defect tracking, workshops, stakeholder follow-ups, and project activities.
• Support business analysis, validation, training materials, and user documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration, implementation, or major upgrade experience with FIS Aligne.
• Deep knowledge of North American power, natural gas, NGL, renewable, or refined product markets.
• Experience with UAT coordination, defect tracking, data analysis, troubleshooting, and system validation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eligible candidates may receive sponsorship for TN or E-2 U.S. work visas; H-1B sponsorship and transfers of other visa types are not supported.
