What you will do
- Negotiate, draft, and close non-disclosure agreements.
- Handle initial intake of legal requests from business clients and manage contract templates.
- Maintain online legal systems and contract databases.
- Process law firm and third-party invoices and monitor billing and payment authorization.
- Define legal user requirements and develop scalable workflows, processes, and programs.
- Manage calendars, schedules, events, travel arrangements, project proposals, and department documents.
Requirements
- Experience supporting legal operations and handling contracts or legal requests.
- Ability to write complex, detailed correspondence for senior managers and directors.
- Business acumen and ability to work with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, invoices, budgets, and administrative priorities.
