Senior Paralegal

Location: Seattle, WA; full-time, exempt, in-office position

Salary: $98,000–$150,000 per year

hirify.global operates a Legal and Compliance function supporting regulatory compliance, client agreements, vendor contracts, corporate governance, and legal guidance across the firm.

What you will do

• Implement, oversee, and maintain the firm’s contract lifecycle management system.
• Optimize legal intake processes and workflow automation.
• Create, revise, redline, proofread, and formalize legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage entity formations, registrations, annual renewals, and state filings.
• Support regulatory filings, marketing compliance reviews, written policies, and compliance testing procedures.
• Administer insurance requirements and coordinate annual policy renewals with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal or in legal operations, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders with accuracy and discretion.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must work in the Seattle office; visa sponsorship is unavailable, and candidates requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship cannot be hired.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the SEC regulatory framework for investment advisers, including Advisers Act concepts and Form ADV.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory examinations, or financial services compliance programs.
• Comfort working alongside AI tools and adopting new technologies.
