What you will do
- Prepare, review, and adapt contract documents using legal-approved templates.
- Customize agreements to include technical product descriptions, applications, and specific deliverables.
- Define and align key contractual elements such as scope of work, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Incorporate commercial terms including pricing, payment terms, warranty conditions, and penalties.
- Collaborate with legal, sales, and engineering teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Identify contractual risks and support negotiations through revisions and clarifications.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, law, robotics, or a related field.
- Experience in contract management, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into precise contractual language.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
