Warehouse Trainer - 2nd shift

Location: Jonestown, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite work in a distribution center on the 2nd shift.

What you will do

• Direct and facilitate training for temporary, newly hired, departmental, and recertifying distribution center employees.
• Teach hirify.global values, training procedures, product handling techniques, documentation and customer service requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Track learning progress, review work for accuracy and compliance, and recommend performance improvements.
• Collaborate with leads, supervisors, Human Resources, and the Operations Manager to evaluate and improve distribution center training programs.
• Advise supervisors on employee progress, readiness for additional tasks, advancement, and hiring fitness.
• Conduct classroom and small-group floor training and perform warehouse technician duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to train and communicate effectively with distribution center employees.
• Ability to explain product handling, documentation, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Ability to track trainee progress and evaluate work accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance.
• Ability to follow all hirify.global safety and security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Jonestown, Pennsylvania, on the 2nd shift.
