Learning Area Manager, CVG1 and CVG2 (Fulfillment Training): Leading multi-site warehouse training teams and delivering onboarding, cross-training, and leadership development across fulfillment center operations with an accent on training capacity, compliance, and operational alignment. Focus on scaling trainer coverage for peak demand, maintaining training records and certifications, and coordinating learning plans across Operations, Staffing Agencies, and People teams.
Location: CVG1 - Hebron, KY - 1200 Worldwide Blvd; onsite fulfillment center role

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Learning Leads and Floor Trainers across the training team.
- Design and deliver onboarding, cross-training, leadership training, train-the-trainer sessions, and process rollouts.
- Plan and coordinate training schedules, materials, equipment, and coverage across shifts and roles.
- Maintain training matrices, completion records, certification renewals, audits, and learning reports.
- Partner with Operations, Staffing Agencies, site leaders, the People Team, and Network Support to align training with labor plans and business changes.
- Scale training capacity for peak periods and communicate overdue training and improvement opportunities to leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
- Experience leading or managing a team, delegating work, and holding people accountable.
- Ability to build and execute onboarding and cross-training plans and scale training capacity for peak demand.
- Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, operations, WMS systems such as S1W, and handheld scanners.
- Experience training, coaching, and guiding diverse audiences, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SOPs, safety protocols, compliance standards, documentation, planning, and reporting.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous training or coordinator experience.
- Bilingual Spanish skills.
- HazMat familiarity.
