TL;DR
Learning Area Manager, ATL1 and ATL2 (Warehouse Training and Fulfillment): Leading multi-site training teams and delivering onboarding, cross-training, systems, and process training for fulfillment-center associates and leaders with an accent on training capacity, compliance, and operational alignment. Focus on scaling trainer coverage for peak volumes, maintaining accurate training records, and coordinating learning priorities across Operations, Staffing Agencies, and People teams.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Learning Leads and Floor Trainers across the training team.
- Plan and deliver onboarding, cross-training, leadership training, train-the-trainer sessions, and training for new systems and process rollouts.
- Scale training capacity for peak periods while maintaining coverage across shifts and changing volumes.
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, equipment, certifications, and learning activities across operational roles.
- Maintain training records and matrices, audit completion and renewals, and report training hours, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
- Partner with Operations, Staffing Agencies, site leadership, the People Team, and Network Support to align training with labor plans and business needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
- Experience leading or managing a team, delegating work, and holding people accountable.
- Ability to build and execute onboarding and cross-training plans and scale training capacity for peak periods.
- Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, operations, WMS systems such as S1W, and handheld scanners.
- Strong training, coaching, communication, documentation, planning, and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including filters, basic tables, and reports; familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in a training or coordinator role.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- HazMat familiarity.
