Senior PLM Administrator, Configuration Management (Teamcenter)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates located near Denver or Colorado Springs, Colorado; some work must be performed onsite.

Base salary: $125,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the technical administration, configuration, and stability of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform.
• Configure and maintain items, revisions, BOMs, datasets, lifecycles, workflows, access controls, libraries, documents, and drawings.
• Manage ECR, ECO, and ECN processes, release workflows, data governance, and product-structure integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex Teamcenter issues and CAD integrations with NX, Solid Edge, CATIA, and Creo.
• Lead testing, validation, deployment, upgrades, patches, enhancements, and PLM process-improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior PLM administrators and provide guidance, documentation, training materials, and SOPs to engineering, manufacturing, program, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in PLM administration or configuration management, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in PLM concepts, BOM management, change control, and Teamcenter configuration tools including BMIDE, preferences, and workflows.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while managing multiple priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter administration and CAD integrations.
• Must be located near Denver or Colorado Springs and able to work onsite when required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace, 2-tier or 4-tier architecture, upgrades, migrations, or large-scale implementations.
• Basic knowledge of ITK, SOA, or scripting.
• Experience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments such as aerospace, automotive, industrial, or medical devices.
