What you will do
- Administer, configure, support, and optimize Siemens Teamcenter across multiple PLM systems.
- Lead upgrades, patches, testing cycles, and environment maintenance.
- Manage user access, roles, licenses, system security, and compliance.
- Maintain integrations between Teamcenter, NX CAD/CAM, ERP, and MES systems.
- Configure workflows for design, engineering change management, and manufacturing release.
- Troubleshoot user issues and performance bottlenecks while improving PLM adoption, usability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to U.S. export controls.
- 5+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter and NX administration experience.
- Experience with Teamcenter installation, upgrades, patching, configuration, Active Workspace, and BMIDE.
- Knowledge of PLM concepts, product structures, workflows, lifecycle management, and Teamcenter Change Management.
- Experience with databases, application servers, and scripting or automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and user-support skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience integrating PLM with CAD and other enterprise systems.
- Experience with data migrations, multi-site Teamcenter environments, and manufacturing or hardware companies.
