Senior Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid from the San Francisco office, with at least 2 in-office days per week and occasional team and company offsites

Annual base salary: $140,000–$170,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global builds an end-to-end platform for developing, training, and deploying AI systems, combining developer-first software with large-scale compute through its merger with Voltage Park.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across AI software engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Source, screen, interview, negotiate with, and close candidates.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines, including candidates traditionally excluded from the technology sector.
• Maintain and improve equitable, scalable interview processes.
• Deliver a responsive and supportive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in online and in-person communities to strengthen the employer brand and recruiting network.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience recruiting software engineers in technical recruiting roles.
• Experience working in a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Recruiting experience across teams such as engineering, product, and sales.
• ATS expertise, preferably Greenhouse, or experience with Lever or a similar system.
• Strong communication, customer service, networking, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
