What you will do
- Acquire, develop, and grow the One Partner Network of digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators.
- Manage strategic alliance relationships and drive partner-led sales, expansion opportunities, and adoption.
- Build go-to-market plans, success plans, and digital optimization practices for partner organizations and their end clients.
- Generate leads, manage the partnership pipeline, and support partner onboarding and programme deployment.
- Negotiate partnership terms and present the One Partner Programme.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner success, product, engineering, and global offices.
Requirements
- Solid experience in partner or agency development and management.
- Previous leadership experience with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators.
- Strong business acumen and fluent understanding of SaaS business models.
- Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers.
- Ability to set targets, develop plans, influence product and engineering teams, and work cross-functionally.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
