TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Sales/Channel): Managing relationships, performance, and growth across Resell, GSI, and BPO partners to ensure successful service delivery with an accent on strategic enablement and operational excellence. Focus on driving partner engagement, optimizing partner program outcomes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver value to end customers.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for assigned Resell, GSI, and BPO partners.
  • Support partners in driving adoption, expansion, and ongoing engagement with the platform.
  • Manage partner programs and enablement activities to ensure partner competence and consistency.
  • Monitor partner performance within defined frameworks to optimize business results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Technical Support, and Product to ensure seamless support.
  • Share best practices, tools, and learning materials to foster partner growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Channel/Reseller Management.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner accounts, programs, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for regional and occasional international partner meetings.
