What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across Japan.
- Prospect and acquire enterprise accounts, presenting software solutions to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and support client success.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage performance pipelines.
- Lead strategic account expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of successful experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT sales and account management.
- Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Professional fluency in Japanese and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce for pipeline and opportunity management.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge of construction, AEC, civil, or structural steel software industries.
- Experience selling BIM, CAD, CAM, or PLM applications.
- Business-level English for collaboration with global teams.
