Senior Specialist, Operations Program Management

Location: Primarily based in Toronto, ON, with the potential to be based at the Ambler, PA facility. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $85,500–$112,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the Technical Program Manager in coordinating operational programs, capital initiatives, capability projects, and internal readiness activities.
• Lead selected initiatives, workstreams, smaller projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Track scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, actions, decisions, KPIs, and benefit realization.
• Maintain program governance tools, including project charters, risk registers, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers.
• Coordinate R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Quality stakeholders.
• Support Business Opportunity Reviews, New Product Introduction execution, commercialization milestones, customer sampling, business cases, and capital allocation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of program or project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, or a technically complex B2B environment.
• Experience with New Product Introduction, manufacturing scale-up, commercialization, or capital project execution is preferred.
• Strong planning, milestone tracking, risk management, analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
