Salary: $100,000–$275,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own execution of medium- to large-sized programs across cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer expectations.
• Manage programs from inception through completion, including baselines, resource allocation, risks, opportunities, issues, and deliverables.
• Lead program teams, customer reviews, stakeholder communications, presentations, and supplier performance management.
• Build customer partnerships, support business growth, and participate in contract negotiations, competitive captures, and compliant proposals.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control processes while ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership oversight and maintain an open, positive, and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Seven years of professional project or program management experience in the commercial or defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of program management tools and processes, including Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Plans or Schedules, and opportunity, risk, and issue management.
• Experience managing government projects or programs with direct internal and external customer interfaces.
• Current and in-scope Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain program-specific accesses as required.
• Ability to travel as needed, communicate effectively, build relationships, learn new technologies, and work in a dynamic matrixed environment.
