Program Manager - Executive Operations

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; four days onsite with the flexibility to work from home one day per week

Salary: $118,200–$197,000 annual USD

What you will do

• Lead multiple related projects, executive operations routines, and strategic initiatives affecting three or more businesses or functional areas.
• Develop integrated project plans, executive operating routines, forecasts, schedules, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, change controls, and delivery performance across initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting on risks, issues, decisions, variances, and progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and shared resources, typically supporting teams of 75–125 people and directly or indirectly managing 5–15 employees.
• Maintain risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards while resolving escalations and implementing mitigation actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of proven project, program, executive operations, or strategic initiative management experience, or 13 years of combined higher education and work experience including 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology, executive governance practices, operating routines, and cross-functional delivery management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, synthesis, consensus-building, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages.
• Ability to work four days onsite in Wilmington, Delaware, with one work-from-home day per week.
