Senior Program Manager

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs and project teams through engineering development and implementation of product subsystems or components.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resource allocation, logistics, milestones, and critical deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, contract manufacturers, and external development partners.
• Lead the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new technologies and process automation.
• Track program progress, bugs, risks, escalations, and issue-resolution options for stakeholders and executive management.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and make independent decisions to resolve complex program and product-development issues.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning, people management, or a related field; advanced-degree candidates typically have 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of project management, program planning, project schedules, risk management, and product development.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, automation, change management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Work is based in Spring, Texas, United States of America; relocation is not provided.
