Program Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Base salary: $121,000–$180,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Lead successful delivery of complex implementation projects using the hirify.global implementation methodology.
• Act as the senior customer relationship owner and escalation point between customers, hirify.global, implementation partners, and the Implementation Director.
• Oversee multiple projects, Project Managers, project teams, implementation partners, and multidisciplinary resources.
• Define project scope, deliverables, implementation plans, resource plans, budgets, communications, and governance mechanisms.
• Manage execution through initiation, implementation, go-live, and closure, including customer success, risks, issues, scope changes, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead Professional Services proposals by defining scope, resources, timelines, assumptions, and pricing with technical and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience delivering complex integrated healthcare solutions in customer-facing roles.
• Extensive experience managing and implementing large ERP/HIS projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare activities and hospital operations.
• Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets, forecasting, and full project lifecycles.
• Experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams and communicating across all organizational levels.
