Location: Santa Ana, California; onsite in the headquarters office 5 days per week. Up to 10% travel within the United States is required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
Salary: $85,000β$110,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do
- Lead RFQs, supplier selection, sourcing, and contract negotiations for injection-molded components.
- Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, capacity, risk, and continuity planning.
- Drive cost reductions through resourcing, should-cost analysis, and commercial negotiations.
- Partner with engineering and operations on tooling, part development, manufacturability, and scalability.
- Project-manage new part introductions and product launches from sourcing through production readiness.
- Maintain ERP purchasing data and records, support spend analysis and reporting, and coordinate inventory and delivery planning across facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, bills of materials, and production scheduling.
- Experience managing tooling programs and new product introductions.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, mathematical, commercial, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-site manufacturing, global sourcing, or international logistics.
- Knowledge of plastics manufacturing and tooling lifecycle management.
- Experience with supplier quality, supplier development, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or ISO, AS, and TS standards.
- CPM, CPSM, APICS, or other relevant certifications.
