Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States. Frequent international travel is required. Relocation assistance is available. U.S. Government export-control reviews apply to foreign nationals.
Salary: $207,995.63–$2,773,275.50 annually; the range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do
- Identify, prioritize, and develop international markets for Natrium deployment.
- Build relationships with governments, utilities, industrial partners, financial institutions, and large-load customers.
- Structure international commercial frameworks, including EPC arrangements, ownership models, offtake agreements, and risk allocation.
- Develop financing strategies involving export credit agencies, multilateral development banks, sovereign guarantees, and private capital.
- Coordinate opportunities through feasibility, site selection, licensing alignment, and final investment decision.
- Represent internationally and support executive and board reporting on market-entry plans and opportunity pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, international relations, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in international business development leadership, project development, or commercial structuring.
- Experience with project finance, offtake agreements, EPC structures, and risk-sharing frameworks.
- 5+ years of people management experience and the ability to develop employees.
- Experience building government relationships and navigating cross-border regulatory or policy environments.
- Experience in nuclear energy, power generation, or large-scale infrastructure development.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Korean language fluency.
- Experience with DOE, EXIM, USTDA, or the U.S. State Department.
- Familiarity with nuclear licensing, non-proliferation, and 123 Agreement frameworks.
